Scope of work
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, milestones and timelines. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Pricing and payment
Projects start at $500 and are custom quoted. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are issued per milestone and payable within 14 days.
Ownership
On final payment, all custom code, designs and documentation produced for your project transfer fully to you.
Maintenance and support
Each project includes one month of free maintenance covering defects in delivered work. Feature additions are quoted separately.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
